The 1st game today saw the Red Team win over the Blue Team by the score of 12-8. This leaves the Red Team in 1at Place with a 3-0 record while the Blue, Green and Grey Teams are tied for 2nd Place 1 1/2 games behind the Blue Team in the standings. No Report from the Red or Blue Team at this time.

In the 2nd Game today the Grey Team was victorious over the White Team by the score of 15-9. The Grey team bested the White team with superior hitting and good fielding. The White Team hung in there to the last inning but couldn’t rally losing for the 3rd time. The White Team hitting stars were our substitute, Hugo Furth who hit 3/3 (triple), Robert Kurtz who was 3/4 (dbl), and Bill Louie (dbl), Ed Lambert, Eric Ishibashi and Roger Davidheiser, Ward Brown (dbl), Dennis Groat (dbl) and Steve Kriendel all with 2 hits in the game. Bill Louie made a sparkling catch of a foul fly next to the fence near first base and Robert Kurtz made some running catches of low flyballs in the outfield. Ward Brown plugged up the middle of the infield catching liners and grounders which he turned into double plays. The Grey Team was led by the hitting of Jon Chapman 4/4 (2 Dbl), Sam Barr 3/3 and Alan Sperling (Dbl), George Wolfe, Joe Rasullo, Wayne Judah and Mark Allen all with 2 hits each in the game.
