MANHATTAN BEACH SENIOR SOFTBALL ASSOCIATION

The Manhattan Beach Senior Softball Association is a Senior Softball Organization that plays its league games on Tuesday and Thursday mornings during the regular season at Dorsey Field, Live Oak Park, in Manhattan Beach, California. The league is year round with pickup games on Tuesday and Thursday during the off season with Skill Drills on Mondays and Fridays of the week all year round. Skill Drills are used to get players in shape to participate in league games or just for members exercise. Players must be able to perform softball functions so not to injure themselves or others. Male players must be 60 years of age or older and Female players 45 years of age or older to participate in this league. The League also has the 60 years of age and older Parity League that plays on Tuesdays during the regular season.

The members inexhaustible love of the game and their refusal to let age slow them down inspires the league to promote recreational exercise, competition, camaraderie and fellowship for seniors.
