The opening game today between Butcher Construction and the Jets ended with a win for Butcher 19-4. No Report from Butcher Construction or the Jets.

In the 2nd game Admiral Risty was victorious over the Kettle 17-2. Leading the Whalers was Alan Kiser (4 rbi’s) and Rob Staal (hit for the cycle 5 rbi’s) both with 4 hits. Wayne Galer, Rick Mansker and Clay Collins all with 3 hits and 1 rbi each. Tony Luca (2 rbi’s), Richard Ecker (3 rbi’s), Jim Stevens and Sam Barr all added 2 hits each. Mike Costa, Howard Miller and Wayne Judah all had a hit in the game. The Kettler’s were led by the 2 hits each for Chuck Berez, Howard Thompson, Carlos Arias and Gary Frueholz.
