In a back and forth scoring game, the Kettle finally came out a winner in the end in a contest with the BrokButcher Realty team 16-15. No Highlights Report from the Kettle or BrokButcher Realty as yet.

The 2nd game today had Shellback Tavern battling the Jets in a losing cause with the final score 12-20. The Jets led by Dario Serna (homerun) and Joe LaMay both with 5 hits today. Bob Julius (homerun), Lincoln Chung, (double), Ken King (4 rbi’s) and Andy Shelby (double), all with 4 hits with Robert Hernandez adding 3 hits (double). The Jets scored in every inning during the contest while blanking the Tavern in 6 of the 9 innings. The Shellback team led by the 4 hits of Hugh John McDonald (triple), while Brian Heffernan (triple), Audie Freeman, Harold Kingsly, Joe Rasullo (double) and Ken Widelitz all with 3 hits each. David Inouye also added 2 hits for the Tavern.
