The 1st game today had Shellback Tavern vs. Admiral Risty playing to a 26-11 win for the Risty. Admiral Risty was led by the 4/4 batting of Mike Lorden (double 5 rbi’s), Alan Kiser (2 doubles 4 rbi’s) and Dave Taylor(3 rbi’s). Gary Bemis (triple). Tony Luca and Rob Staal (2 homeruns 4 rbi’s) all with 3 hits on the day while Wayne Galer, Mike Costa and Wayne Judah and Rich Ecker each contributing 2 hits each. On offense Shellback was led by David Inouye, Hugh John McDonald, Harold Kinsley (double) and Audie Freeman all had 3 hits. Joe Rassulo and Ken Widelitz both had 2 hits for the Tavern.

In the 2nd game today the Jets battled with BrokButcher Realty but just came up short in the 18-19 loss to the Butchers. Jets led by Ward Brown, Lincoln Chung and Mike Barnett all with a 4/4 day batting. Bob Julius (homerun) and Bob Hernandez both had 3 hits while Doug Bagley, Joe LaMay, Howard Rudich, Andy Shelby, Ken King Doug Freeman and substitute Audie Freeman all added 2 hits each.
